• What do i do if i want to purchase something from this website

Email me the details of the items you are after and also state the country where the items are to be sent and i will reply back to you within 24 hours with a total price including any postal charges (if there is any) and giving you full details of payment methods etc.

• What is the postal charge for my order?

All vinyl orders over £20 are delivered free of charge within Europe. If you are outside Europe or your order is under £20 i will let you know what the postal charge is when i email you back or click here. i make no profit on the postal charge (what it costs is what i charge)

• When will i recieve my items?

Records are sent out the same day as payment is recieved and are send via royal mail which normally takes a day or two to arrive within UK. Overseas items are sent via Air Mail which normally takes a couple of days within Europe and about a week outside Europe.

• What payment methods do you accept?

When you email me with your order request i will email you back within 24 hours with all the details you need.
 The email i send you will contain a full list of all accepted payment methods.

• What online payment methods do you accept?

My preferred online payment method is Nochex (for UK residents only thou)
Please note - You don't have to register with Nochex to send me a credit card payment.

• What is your preferred postal payment method?

If you cant send me payment via Nochex then you can send me a payment through the post. Preferred postal payment is postal order, which is purchased from the post office.
 For a quick return please dont cross the postal order.
I will also accept UK stamps to the value of the order or cash in UK pounds (sent in a registered envelope). please sellotape any loose coins to a piece of cardboard

• Do you accept cheque?

Sorry but i dont accept cheques under £30, they are more hassle than they are worth and are my least preferred payment method.
please use one of the other payment methods listed above.

• How do I convert my old tapes or vinyl to digital?
